Once upon a time I wanted to wear my grandmother's wedding dress one day. Alas it didn't fit. But the veil will always fit. I will definitely be wearing hers one day! =) I think veils are beautiful!
i didn't wear a veil. i didn't like the thought of it. but i think some people would look so pretty in it! i bet you can rock it! are you going to post photos of your wedding day here? i hope so!!
I wore a veil. I wasn't going to but my bridesmaid (who is a wedding videographer) told me that it looks much nicer with a veil on. I'm glad that I did, cause it looked lovely and really nice in the photos.
I took mine off for the reception cause it was full length and kept on getting in my way.
i wore a veil at my outdoor wedding. it was borrowed from my sister and did not cover my face, it was stunning and a bit traditional. go with your gut feeling.
i actually didn't wear a veil! i wanted to keep everything very simple, and my dress had silk rosettes on the bust so i decided not to have a veil. it would have been too much. looking back at the photos i am SO happy i didn't wear one. i think they are absolutely beautiful, and i always thought i'd wear one, but i ended up wearing a simple fabric flower in my hair which was perfect.
so nice pick....... I recently came across your blog and have been reading along. I thought I would leave my first comment. I don't know what to say except that I have enjoyed reading. Nice blog. I will keep visiting this blog very often. I have blog for Designer Clothes, Please share your klowledge. Thanks in advance.
I never thought about it until I was getting my dress altered. Then I had a simple veil made. On the big day, it was sooo windy and the wind would blow the opposite direction that I was facing, finally my MOH had to TUCK the veil in the back of my dress for the rest of the ceremony. :/ Not that I'm religious, but I LOVE the look of a cathedral veil with lace all around...

Melanie's Randomness
I had a veil but that was an indoor wedding 13 years ago.
Beautiful photos! I'm not married and I don't know if I would wear a veil or not. It depends on a dress, a veil doesn't look good on every dress.
Yes! Im going to wear a veil for the ceremony and photos and take it off for our reception :)
