I'm so proud of Stu - he single-handedly picked the stone and cut, custom designed the band and even got the size right. He then had to hide it in a safe place where I wouldn't think to "investigate" (as I sometimes did secretly) and he fretted for 3 weeks before he finally found the right time and place to propose.It touches me to know he had put in such a lot of thought and effort into getting me the perfect ring, which it really is; I honestly couldn't have picked a better ring for myself.
