I think you'll love wearing that feminine and colorful dress! I love color, and wear it when I'm in a girly mood. When I'm not, I tend towards neutrals like grey or denim or green. Color makes me happy, though!
I tend to wear a lot of neutral colors myself, but I do love that brilliant pop of color :)
