We've all heard of green and red tomatoes, but did you know they also come in orange, yellow and deep currant? Stu recently bought a medley box of tomatoes that came in the most amazing colours. It was such a delight to grill them on a bed of salt- a perfect addition to the mezze plate we prepared for our guests on the weekend. They tasted sweet and tart and oh so yum!

I have such hardcore love for tomatoes...that looks amazing. My favorite are the little yellow-orange cherry tomatoes that they call Sungold or something...so sinfully sweet.
