OK maybe not so much hunting involved, but there was quite some gathering happening at Orange, NSW where Stu and I spent the weekend.The bees were gathering pollen and I was picking lemons straight off the tree in the backyard. I even collected freshly laid eggs from the very free range and contented chooks. I've never been so happy to find dirt and bits of feather on my eggs...it was a great treat for a city gal like me!

That sounds like such a fun time and I love the pictures! Always nice to get away for a little...I spent the weekend in Pawley's Island for a friend's wedding and it was so nice to be away from LA for awhile and in a small town feel with such friendly people! :)

harvesting foodies irl must be really fun! last time we did something like that is when I was a kid and we harvested strawberries <3
