


Stu and I just came back from the bush where we explored the Australian outback, rode on camel back, got a taste of crocodile meat and viewed the magnicent Ayers Rock aka Uluru. It was so amazing to watch this sacred site change colors as the sun sets - a lifetime experience for me!

I've actually had gator meat and shark. Both have a unique taste.
Wow lovely. I'm 25 and Australian and still have never been to Uluru. I need to go explore my gorgeous country some more!
