Pictures from weheartit.Here's a little tidbit about myself: I wore my first plaits when I was less than 2 years old. When I was a baby, I looked just like a boy. Although my mom took care to dress me in pink, girly things, someone would still come up and compliment her "son"! But one day, a very clever cousin of mine thought of the perfect solution and knitted me a little hat, complete with fake plaits! I think that explains why I have a fondness for braiding my hair.

i love braiding my hair, but i always forget to. I only taught myself how to french braid like a couple years ago. I will suddenly be like 'hey i should braid my hair' and i love it, so i'll get in a several day period where all I do is braid my hair. then I take a one day break but that inevitably turns into months and I just forget to!!!
ok, I need to braid my hair tomorrow now.

I think that is probably one of the cutest things I have ever seen. My girls wear braids all the time. My eldest does it for all of them. Unfortunately their mother is hair-impaired.
