The roses from last week have all dried up, so I made potpourri. I'm really amazed at how their colours have remained so vibrant and took heaps of photos of them.
PS: I'm hosting a giveaway tomorrow (wheeee!), so be sure to visit.
i love dried roses just as much as fresh ones! they look so lovely both ways. and yours are quite amazing colours! i bet the smell is great. cant wait to hear about the giveaway tomorrow xx
That's what I'll do with my dried up flowers! I have some left over from a wedding I went to recently, and even though they're dried up, they're still so pretty!
all you did was just leave them out? see, everythign i try to do dried roses it doesn't work out...petals fall off too soon, they get moldy. what the heck is my issue :( i took one of the roses my boyfriend got me to press and make some kinda bookmark maybe out of it, i dunno yet. but i haven't checked inside the book im pressing it in, im assuming it's moldy and gross haha. well yours is lovely!!!
how lovely! I've never thought to take dried up flowers and make my own potpourri! such a simple idea... and such a great way to keep beautiful flowers around longer!
