They say you can't buy happiness, but this pack of haloumi cheese has brought Stu and me so much eating pleasure, it's unreal. The saltiness, the chewy texture - Mmmmm. We love it grilled, in salads or simply on its own with a little squeeze of lemon.Do you love haloumi too?

hmmm...just tucking into my halloumi, rocket, tomato and mint salad right now! i had buttermilk halloumi fried in chip shop batter the other day...holy moly it was AMAZING!

I'm addicted to haloumi! Problem is my 3 little boys love it too, so we go through an $8 block in about 2 minutes!
